BOOKING FEES 

To make a booking on our website we will require a booking fee, this is to secure your booking.  When you book equipment on our website the product(s) are automatically taken offline and stops anyone else booking them.  

For certain bookings, a booking fee will not be required, this applies to schools, nursery groups, council events, regular customers however the same cancellation terms will apply to cancel or transfer any booking.

If you are unable to pay a booking fee straight away or you are having problems booking online, then please use the website Enquiry Form 

If you wish to book manually then please use the website Enquiry Form first so we can check availability and possibly manually make the booking for you, however a £25 charge will apply for any bookings not made online.

If you are using the enquiry form to contact us or request to book, then please remember to include details of the exact product item(s), event date, start time, finish time, where the equipment will be used and set-up, your name, full address, post code, mobile and landline telephone numbers.  Please note, sending an enquiry form to us will NOT book any equipment, you will need to wait for our reply back, normally 24-48 hours so we can advise options available.

Paying a booking fee to our company will reserve your party, event, date, times and product(s). The hirer understands they are to pay a non refundable booking fee to First Class Leisure Marquee Party Tent Hire to secure their booking.  

We charge a booking fee to cover our admin and overhead costs which we pay, to avoid our loss of earnings and to cover our business running costs.

If you cancel your booking then you will lose your booking fee, this is non negotiable and non transferrable. 

If you cancel your booking, then we will be out of pocket because we could have hired the product(s) to someone else or someone else could have booked your equipment online. Remember once equipment is taken off line it stops anyone else booking that equipment from the date you booked.

The hirer fully understands that First Class Leisure Marquee Party Tent Hire WILL NOT chase any booking fees and WILL NOT hold any equipment waiting for a booking fee to be paid.  We do get very busy and do not have the time to chase customers, we will not hesitate to cancel any booking which causes our company problems and delays.

If the booking fee requested is NOT paid on time, then the product(s) will go back online and the date and times will no longer be available, you will then need to contact us or make a new booking. 

Please note we do not hold equipment and any dates whilst you are awaiting and confirming guest numbers for your event.  If you book equipment on our website booking system and fail to tell us you no longer require the item(s) (wasting our time) this will result in the hirer, venue address/telephone numbers/email address being blacklisted on our system and you will lose your booking fee.  If the booking is less than 48 hours before the event date you will be charged the full hire cost.

We treat all our customers fair and do expect customers to respect our booking system and our terms and conditions as agreed.  We never let customers down and always communicate from start to finish.

Please note, cancelling a booking with us because you have found a cheaper price is NOT an acceptable cancellation reason, we don’t offer ‘cheap’ and we do not need to match cheap prices because most of these cheaper companies operate part time, may not be declaring income, may have no Insurance, they will be cutting corners on safety, cleaning and may not turn up on your event day.  We no longer offer last minute bookings so if you get let down we will not be able to help.  First Class Leisure 07779484151

Beware of companies not asking for a booking fee upfront, ask yourself will they turn up on the day or ask yourself are they a professional run, fully tax declared company, remember your booking fee offers security and peace of mind to you.
